Who we are

New life Forward is a faith-based reentry nonprofit that helps individuals returning from incarceration rebuild their lives with stability, dignity, and real support.

We walk with people as they face the challenges that come with starting over.

Why we exist

Most people returning from incarceration are released with no plan, no support, and no guidance.

They are expected to figure out housing, employment, transportation, documents, and stability on their own; often within days.

New Life Forward exists because we believe every person deserves a real chance to succeed.

What reentry means

Reentry is the process of coming home after jail or prison and trying to rebuild your life. This includes challenges like:

  • Finding safe housing

  • Getting a job

  • Reconnecting with family

  • Getting ID’s and legal documents

  • Accessing mental health support

  • Staying sober

  • Navigating problems with probation or parole

  • Rebuilding confidence and purpose through Christ-centered activities

Reentry is not just “getting out” it is learning how to life again; no one should do that alone.

We help individuals in reentry identify what they need and connect them to the right resources including:

  • Document assistance ( ID’s, birth certificates, SS cards)

  • Mental health and emotional support

  • Life-skills coaching
