PARTNERSHIPS

New Life Forward believes that meaningful change happens when organizations come together to support the whole person. Through partnerships with community organizations, service providers, businesses, faith-based organizations, and other agencies, we connect the people we serve with resources and opportunities that can help them move forward. Our partnerships allow us to bridge gaps, expand access to employment, housing, basic needs, reentry support, and other services while building a stronger network of support throughout Washington State. We are grateful to the organizations that share our vision of second chances, compassion, and creating better opportunities for the people and communities we serve. As New Life Forward continues to grow, we are actively building new partnerships that will help us reach more people and create a lasting impact.

OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH EASE

New Life Forward is proud to partner with EASE, a provider of Foundational Community Supports (FCS) through Apple Health. FCS is designed to help eligible individuals overcome barriers to stable housing and employment. EASE provides individualized, person-centered support through Supportive Housing and Supported Employment services.

Through FCS, EASE can help eligible participants with housing and employment goals, including developing individualized plans, searching for housing or employment, completing applications, communicating with landlords and employers, developing independent-living and workplace skills, navigating benefits and community resources, and receiving ongoing support as they work toward greater stability and independence.

Through our partnership, New Life Forward can connect individuals we encounter through community outreach with EASE when their needs may align with FCS services. A referral does not automatically mean an individual qualifies for or will be enrolled in FCS. EASE will review each individual's circumstances and determine eligibility and appropriate services based on FCS requirements.

We believe people should not have to navigate housing instability, unemployment, or other barriers alone. By working together, New Life Forward and EASE help bridge the gap between community outreach and the housing, employment, and supportive services people may need to move forward. Our shared goal is to help individuals overcome barriers, build stability, increase independence, and achieve a better quality of life.

OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH TRAAP

New Life Forward is proud to partner with TRAAP Services to help connect individuals struggling with substance use disorder with immediate recovery support and treatment resources. TRAAP provides rapid, practical assistance, including same-day treatment arrangements, peer support, transportation to available treatment beds throughout Washington, and coordination of sober-living placements to help individuals maintain stability and continuity after treatment.

Through our partnership, New Life Forward can refer individuals we encounter through community outreach who are seeking help with substance use or are ready to take steps toward recovery. TRAAP can help connect those individuals with available treatment and recovery resources based on their needs. In turn, TRAAP can refer individuals to New Life Forward when they need additional community support, resource navigation, employment connections, housing resources, or other assistance as they work toward rebuilding their lives.

We believe recovery is not something a person should have to navigate alone. By working together, New Life Forward and TRAAP can help bridge the gap between immediate recovery needs and the longer-term support people may need to create stability and improve their quality of life. Our partnership is built on the belief that people deserve compassion, support, and a real opportunity to move forward.

OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH JO ELLEN'S SAFE HAVEN

New Life Forward is proud to partner with Jo Ellen's Safe Haven, an organization committed to restoring hope and supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in Pierce County. We recognize that homelessness affects real people with unique stories, challenges, and circumstances, and we believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Through our partnership, New Life Forward can connect individuals we encounter through community outreach who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability with Jo Ellen's Safe Haven when their needs may align with the support and resources they provide. In turn, this partnership helps strengthen the network of community support available to individuals as they work toward greater stability and an improved quality of life.

New Life Forward believes that addressing homelessness requires organizations to work together rather than expecting individuals to navigate every barrier alone. By building partnerships with organizations like Jo Ellen's Safe Haven, we can help connect people to additional resources and support while continuing to walk alongside them on their journey forward.
